Marc-André Bergeron (photo), 35, has reportedly signed a professional tryout contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets. After three seasons in Switzerland, the defenseman will thus return to North America. The Lions announced at the beginning of August that he would definitely have to leave the team. In 165 NLA games, he scored 21 goals and 73 assists.

Devin Setoguchi, on the other hand, only played one season for HC Davos. The former first-round draft pick arrived in Switzerland in October of 2015 and played 37 NLA games, scoring 16 goals and 16 assists. Now, the 29-year-old Canadian will participate in the training camp of the Los Angeles Kings after having signed a PTO contract. (bsc)
