Medical Reports

For the first time since he sustained a severe concussion in the game with Ajoie on February 12, EHC Biel's defenseman Kevin Fey was able to scratch the ice again in yesterday's practice.

"He skated on his own, that's already not bad," Biel's assistant coach Thomas Zamboni told the Journal du Jura. "If everything goes well, Kevin might be back within two to three weeks."

In other news, Julian Schmutz is likely to make his debut for the Seelanders in tonight's second game of the placement round in Langnau. Eliminated from the NLB-playoffs last Tuesday, the club has activated the B-license of EHC Visp's 22-year-old topscorer. (rlu)
