Marc-André Bergeron, whose future is still up in the air, emphasized once more that he wants to continue his stint with the ZSC Lions. Already in December, he said that he would like to end his career in Zurich.

As the defenseman stated live on the Canadian TV-channel Réseau Des Sports (RDS), he and his family are looking forward to returning to Zurich. Bergeron also said that the Swiss league has progressed a lot over the last few years, which helped him to progress as well.

The 35-year-old joined the Lions in 2013 and has scored a total of 94 points (21 goals, 73 assists) in in 165 games ever since. His contract with Zurich expired at the end of the current season. (tme/abu)
