The 29-year-old forward last played for Frölunda HC and won the SHL title with the team as well as the Champions Hockey League. Lasch led the scoring list of the SHL last season, scoring 15 goals and 31 assists in 51 games.

The American's contract will last until the end of the 2016-17 season. Lasch will arrive in Bern on Friday. It is not yet sure, however, if he will be eligible to play in the games of this weekend. (mso)
