The native of Varese (ITA) went through the youth organization of HC Lugano, before he played for various teams in the First League (Pikes Oberthurgau, SC Herisau), as well as one season with the Milano Rossoblu in Italy's Serie A.

For HC Biasca, the predecessor team of the HCB Ticino Rockets, Colombo suited up in a total of 50 games last term, in which managed to put up five goals and nine assists.

Moreover, as the club informs, in addition to Stefan Müller, Colin Fontana and Elia Mazzolini, a fourth player is set to join the team on loan from HC Lugano. The respective announcement will be made at the end of August. (rlu)
