Try-out successful - Alban Rexha and Tom Merola ink one-year deals with HC Red Ice

In try-out with HC Red Ice during the past few weeks, both forwards Alban Rexha and Tom Merola have finally been rewarded with one-year contracts through to the 2016-17 season.

Whereas Alban Rexha, 23, was already part of Red Ice's first team last season (nine points in 49 games), the 20-year-old Tom Merola, brother of Melvin, suited up for HC Fribourg-Gottéron's Elite A youth team in the past three seasons and has thus earned his first professional contract. (rlu)
